What's Happening at LMS?

NEW! LMS Website

No school on September 7th for Labor Day.

Athletics

Football

Homecoming football game will be this Tuesday, September 8th at 4:45 vs. Saddle Ridge. Homecoming ceremonies will begin at 4:10. There will be a dance following the football game in the gymnasium.

Softball

The Lady Warrior Softball team will be in action on Tuesday, September 7th at home vs. Saddle Ridge and on Thursday, September 10th at home vs. Gordon Lee. First pitch for both games will be at 5:00 pm.

Volleyball

The Lady Warrior Volleyball will be in action on Thursday, September 10th at Trion Middle School. The JV match is scheduled to begin at 4:30 with the varsity match to follow.

Cheer

The LMS Competition Cheer team is set to take the mat on Saturday, September 12th at Ringgold High School. The performance time has yet to be announced.

Cross Country

The Warrior Cross Country teams are set to compete in the Heritage General Assembly on Thursday, September 10th at Heritage Middle School. The girls will run beginning at 4:30 pm and the boys will follow.

Donate and Raise Funds for LMS

Donate Clothes & Shoes to Raise Funds for Lakeview Middle School

Lakeview Middle and Clothes Bin® have partnered to collect and recycle old clothing, shoes and textiles! So, please do not throw them away!

Just place the items in the green recycling bin near our parking lot.

Every pound of recycled items supports

Below is a list of items that can be placed in our bin:

Clothing: pants, jeans, skirts, dresses, suits, shorts, shirts, tees, tanks

Footwear: shoes, boots, heels, sneakers, sandals

Accessories: hats, belts, ties, scarves

Handbags: wallets, totes, backpacks, briefcases

As you clean out the old and bring in the new, you can help the environment and Lakeview Middle too!

CEP Information

Lakeview Middle is one of five CCPS Schools Qualify for Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for the 2026-2027 School Year.

What is the CEP Program?

CEP is funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and allows qualifying schools to provide meals to all enrolled students at no charge. Students at Cloud Springs, LMS, LFO, West Side, and Tiger Creek will receive school meals for the 26-27 school year at no cost and without needing to complete the free/reduced meal applications.
