If you are interested in joining our team this year, please review the following important information:

• Practice Location & Schedule:
  • Practices will be held three nights a week at McCallie School.
  • Our official practices will begin on Monday October 5th.

• McCallie Aquatics Sign-Up:

• All swimmers must register through the McCallie Aquatics website.

• In addition, swimmers are required to have a USA Swimming membership number to participate.

• Transportation:

• Swimmers will need to provide their own transportation to both practices at McAllie pool.
  • Please note that we are working on buses for swim meets.

• Fees:

  • There will also be additional swimmer fees, which will help cover meet costs and team expenses.
    • $50 – athletic requirement for all athletes (paid once for the year)
    • $100 – swim fee for meets and expenses

• Fundraising & Sponsorships:

• To keep fees manageable and support our team, fundraising will be an important part of the season.
• X-Grain will be our vendor for our gear.  Items are up-charged $5 and that portion comes back to our sport directly.
• We will also be doing an e-mail fundraiser that will bring back a large % to our team.
• If you know of companies or individuals who may be interested in sponsoring our team, please let us know. Sponsorships play a crucial role in keeping our program strong.

• Meet Schedule:
  •  A complete schedule of meets will be provided at parent meeting after Fall Break.

Looking forward to a great Swim Season!
